VirtualBox is an virtualization tool which is used to create and use the multiple operating systems by using virtual disk. It tests or uses the other operating system without damaging the current platform. Let see how to use this.

Step 1 : Install the VirtualBox software, if you are not already have it.

If you don't know how to install VirtualBox,

Simply go to Ubuntu Software Center and type virtualbox in search box and then select virtual box package and install.

Otherwise, if you have problem of not getting any search results, or wanna to install latest version, then check my previous post about to install a VirtualBox.

Step 4 : Select the RAM size for the Operating System. Here  i'm picking just 640 MB RAM size because as a windows XP OS , 512 MB is enough.

Step 8 : And Now just click Next with file location and size. My advise don't do any modification if you new, and just press Next to proceed next step.

Step 11 :  Then press Next to proceed the other steps. After finishing two more steps by just clicking Next Button, ISO setup window will appear.

Its just  like the normal OS installation process. Make the OS installation Process and install it. That's all you are done. Once you installed , you can simply use it other times by Power On the machine.
